The molecular sieve parts can adsorb the nitrogen to make the Oxyegn concentration to 93%. 2. The molecular sieve parts are consumption parts with lifetime about 5-6 years. 3. After long time usage, the molecular sieve parts would get less active so it would be less effecicy of nitrogen adsorption. 4. The molecular sieve parts can be changed after long time usage About battery and work in cold enviroment 1. The battery is 5200MAH lithium battery . 2. The activity of the lithium battery connects the enviroment temperature. It is with 100% activities in comman temperature 20-25 degree. It would be get less activity when temperature going down. It would become 60-70% at 0-10 degree and 50% at -10 degreee. The suggested work enviroment is 5-40 degree. 3. The Oxygen concentrator was tested and worked well in -10 degree. 4. It is possible to seclect the cold resistance battery if the oxygen concentrator need to be woked at cold enviroment. About application in high altitude: 1. The suggested altitude for the Oxygen concentrator is 0-3500m 2. The regular barometric pressure is about 101.3kpa. and it would be 60-80kpa for high altitude area. We recommend the following options for high altitude application: 1,.Set the Gear 2 with SDI-3L 2. Make software change to set up more pumping input. (ODM) 3. Change higher power pump. ( ODM) At present, the pump of SDI-SL was designed, developed and produced by Shenzhen Source Innovation Technologies Co.,Ltd. with patent holded. About Charging: SDI-3L is with 5200MAH lithium battery. Charing time: 3 Hours Working time: 3.5H in Gear 1 2.5H in Gear 2 It can be charged by either AC or DC car charger. 1. The regular car charger is 12V, which can charge SDI-3L for about 60-70% capacity. 2. It may add a power inverter to change the voltage to 13.5-14V then it can fully charge the SDI-3L. 3. The truck is with 24V which can not be charged SDI-3L directly. It also need a power inverter to change the voltage to 13.5-14V. The charging power is about 30W The working power is about 30W If end user want to work the SDI-3L and charge it at same time, it needs about 60-70W adapter. And we only suggest the original power adapter for SDI-3L charging. About Alarm: There are 3 alarm systems with SDI-3L: 1. Breath Timeout Alarm 2. Low Battery Alarm 3. Low Pressure Alarm Breath Timeout Alarm: It would be with long DI sound for no breath over 15 minutes Battery Indicator: 3 colors for battery sign: Green, Blue and Red Green: High Battery, which Remaining battery for about 2.5 hours Blue: Middle Battery, which Remaining battery for about 1 hours Red: Low Battery, which Remaining battery is less than 0.5 Hours. There is a low battery alarm with DiDi sound before 15-20 minutes battery capacity left. The interval of the battery alarm would be shorter and shorter, from 5-10s at beginning to 2.5s at last. Low Pressure Alarm: There is a Low Pressure Alarm when SDI-3L was broken,with low pressure, or after long and violently breath. The alarm is with DiDiDi sound.
